How orders are packed, shipped, and handled after they leave us.

1. Processing & delivery

In-stock items ship worldwide, with typical delivery in 7–14 days.
Out-of-stock items are produced to order; production time varies, but we strive to fulfil all orders within 21 days.
You will receive tracking once your order ships.

2. Packaging

Peptides are lyophilized and securely sealed for transit. Lyophilized material is stable for standard shipping; refrigerate or freeze on arrival per the storage guidance on each product page. Inspect your shipment on arrival.

3. Quality documentation

Every lot is tested and released against specification before it ships. Quality records are retained on file for each lot; printed documents are not included in the shipment.

4. Shipping rates

Flat-rate worldwide shipping is calculated at checkout.
Orders over $250 qualify for free standard shipping.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and clearance, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

5. Returns

Because these are sensitive research materials, opened products cannot be returned. If a product arrives damaged or does not match its specification, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
